Activate/Deactivate a Credential

Via Manage Credentials

1. Navigate to the Manage Credentials screen.
2. Click on next to the credential you want to activate/deactivate.
3. Click to toggle the Active slider.
4. Click Save.
   
   

Via User Profile

1. Navigate to the User Profile.
2. Scroll down to Physical credentials, Keypad codes, or Mobile credential and find the credential you want to activate/deactivate.
3. Click or to activate or deactivate the credential.
4. Depending on the type of device, either Compile, Sync, or use No-Tour to update the affected devices.
