Zentra runs on Cloudflare’s infrastructure. If firewall exceptions need to be made, you can find a list of Cloudflare’s IP address ranges here.
If you are in a region that is currently being geo-blocked by Cloudflare, please contact support and provide them with your network’s IP address range so that we may get it whitelisted. Contact your network administrator for help configuring your network.
