- Navigate to People > Everyone.

- Click Identify lost badge, at the top of the screen.

- Choose the reader you want to use.

- Choose the Credential Format.

- Tap the credential against the chosen reader, and then click Identify.

- The badge information will be displayed. If the badge is registered in the system, the associated user will be displayed. Click View details to go to the user profile.

- If no user is associated with the badge, the badge can be reused.
