Import Schlage Access Points

With the Import Schlage Access Points feature, you can use a CSV file to batch upload devices into a site.

1. Navigate to Devices.
2. Hover over and select Import Schlage Access Points.
3. If you have not already downloaded the Access Point Import Template, click on Download Access Point Import Template.
   1. A .csv file will be downloaded to your computer. Use this template to create a compatible file for user upload.
4. Drag and drop the template .csv file into the upload area.
5. Click Save.
6. Wait for the Import Access Point pop-up to display. If there are no issues with the integrity of the data in the provided file, select Proceed with Import.
7. When processing is finished, the devices will be displayed.

!If there is an issue with the data in the template, an error message “Please review and address the error(s) highlighted below in your import file then try your import again.” will be shown. In this case, press Cancel and make the required modifications to the template file prior to retrying.
