This is for offline devices only. For online devices, use the online interface Firmware Update.
- Sign in to the Zentra mobile app.
- Select the site that has the device you want to update.

- Stand close to the device you want to update.
- Look for the device in the IN RANGE list.

- Tap on the device to initiate pairing. Wait for the Paired icon to appear.
- Tap the Update icon, and then follow the prompts.
