Zentra Mobile Credential

A Zentra mobile credential allows a person to use Zentra’s mobile app to access the property.

1. Navigate to People > Everyone.
   
2. Click on the user who needs a mobile credential.
3. Click next to Zentra Permissions.
4. In the Permission Profile drop-down box, choose Resident.
5. Enter the user’s email in the Email box.
6. Click the Save button.
   
7. Have the user check their email and click the Continue button.
   • Make sure to check the spam folder.
8. The user should create a password in the system, and then download the Zentra Mobile App.
9. The user should log in to the Zentra Mobile App, and then click the Activate mobile access button.
