Site Requirements

Requirements Before Using Enhanced Offline Access

The following must be in place before Enhanced Offline Access programming can be used at your site:
  • A site cannot have more than 16 schedule on their site (unique time range combinations)
  • During the migration process, if more than 16 shifts are identified on the site, the process cannot be completed until this is resolved.
  • Devices cannot be assigned to more than 15 schedules with different day/time combinations.

Existing Sites (Adding Enhanced Offline Access)

This feature must be enabled strategically at each property before being updated to use Enhanced Offline Access with Group IDs:
  1. Confirm that No Tour Groups have been configured for your site (done by your Zentra administrator or Allegion support during rollout).
  2. Sync all existing devices
using the Zentra Mobile App. This step is required to push the new Group ID configurations to the locks.
    • Locks that have not been synced after No Tour Groups are configured will not recognize Group ID commands on credentials.
  3. After all devices are synced, Enhanced Offline Access programming is available for all new credential programming sessions.
You do not need to re-program existing active credentials. Improvements take effect automatically the next time you program a credential for any user.
