Lock Functions
Lock Functions define how a lock controls access from the outside while allowing egress from the inside. Not all Lock Functions are supported on every Device type.
- Apartment: The Door does not relock automatically, preventing the User from being locked out of their residence. The interior pushbutton or deadbolt allows the resident to lock the Door from the inside. Auto-unlock rules will not deploye at locks that are in Apartment function.
Auto-Unlock rules will not deploy at devices that are in Apartment lock function.
Each Device model is different and may support a limited set of Lock Functions. Refer to each Device setting individually.
