In order to use a Schlage Mobile Access credential, you must first install the Schlage Mobile Access app from the iOS App Store or Google Play Store.

Zentra users who have Schlage Mobile BLE credentials, were likely imported from a previous Engage site. While they will continue to work with the Zentra devices after being brought over from an Engage site. However, new Schlage BLE credentials cannot be created within Zentra.

Any new BLE credentials that need to be created for users will be within the Zentra mobile app.
