Add a Wallet-based Credential

A Wallet-based credential allows a person to use the wallet on their phone to access the property.
  1. Navigate to
    People > Everyone
    .
  2. Click on the user who needs a wallet-based credential.
  3. Click next to
    Zentra Permissions
    .
  4. In the
    Permission Profile
     drop-down box, choose
    Resident with NFC
    , and make sure that the Common Area is set to
    Manage
    .
  5. Enter the user’s email in the
    Email
     box.
  6. Click the
    Save
     button.
  7. Have the user check their email and click the
    Continue
     button.
    • Make sure to check the spam folder.
  8. The user should create a password in the system, and then download the Zentra Mobile App.
  9. The user should log in to the Zentra Mobile App, and then click the
    Add to [device] Wallet
     button.
  10. After the credential is added to the user’s wallet, they may use their device to access openings.
