Disconnecting PMS Integration

If you need to remove PMS Integration entirely, you can disconnect it from Settings. This removes the API connection but preserves your existing resident data.

When to Disconnect

  • Switching to a different PMS provider
  • Ending PMS integration for this property
  • Troubleshooting by resetting the integration
  • Property no longer using automated sync

Once disconnected:

Reconnecting Later

To reconnect PMS Integration:
  1. Navigate to
    Settings > PMS Integrations
    .
  2. Click
    Connect
    next to PMS Integration.
  3. Complete the setup wizard again.
You will need to:
  • Re-enter API credentials
  • Re-match units to Devices
  • Re-configure default access and settings
When reconnecting, the system will attempt to match PMS residents to existing Zentra users, similar to the initial setup process.

Pausing Instead of Disconnecting

If you want to stop automatic processing without fully disconnecting, see Disabling Automatic Sync . Turning off the three data synchronization toggles (Create New Residents, Auto-Update Existing Residents, Deactivate Former Residents) routes all future changes to the Sync queue for manual review, while keeping your connection, credentials, and unit matches intact. You can still run manual syncs when needed.
