Monitoring Sync Status

Monitor the status of your PMS Integration from the integration card. This section explains the status indicators and what they mean.

Status Indicators

PMS integration is active and working

Sync is currently in progress

An issue requires attention
Queue Items
Number
Items waiting in Sync queue
The integration card shows connection status and the current Sync queue item count – it does not display a last-sync timestamp or a count of residents synced. For a detailed history of past syncs, see Getting Help and check the platform Activity log or export a Report.

Viewing Status

To view the current integration status:
  1. Navigate to
    Settings > PMS Integrations
    .
The card displays:
  • Connection status
  • Number of queue items (if any)
  • Quick actions (Sync Now, View Queue, Settings)

Reviewing Sync History

Zentra does not maintain a PMS-specific sync history dashboard. To review what happened during past syncs:
  • Check the Sync queue for items still awaiting review
  • Check the system’s history for a record of sync events and the changes they made
  • Export a Report

Interpreting Integration Status

A healthy integration shows:
  • Connected status
  • Low or zero queue items
Investigate if you see:
  • Error status
  • A growing queue of unprocessed items

Accessing Integration Status

The PMS Integrations page displays the current status of your integration.
  1. Navigate to
    Settings
     by clicking the gear icon in the lower left of the screen.
  2. Click the
    PMS Integrations
     tab.
  3. View the integration card for your connected PMS.

Status Information

The integration card displays:

Connection Status
“Connected” or “Not connected”
Queue Items
Number of items currently in the Sync queue
The integration card does not display a last-sync timestamp or a count of residents synced. For a record of past sync activity, check the system history or export a report.

Connection Status

  • Connected
     – Integration is active and syncing properly
  • Not connected
     – Integration is not set up or has been disconnected
