Sync Configuration Options

During setup, you can configure how sync changes are handled:

Automatic vs. Manual Review

For each type of change, you can choose automatic processing or manual review:
  • New residents (move-ins)
     – Automatically create user profiles, or review each one first
  • Resident updates
     – Automatically apply changes, or review before updating
  • Move-outs (deactivations)
     – Automatically revoke access, or require approval first

Sync Schedule

You choose the hour of day when automatic syncs run. Syncs occur once daily at your selected time, using your property’s local timezone. You can also trigger manual syncs at any time.
