Latest Release

October 8, 2026 PLANNED

New Functionality
  • Supported devices in the Zentra web app can be replaced while retaining existing access, groups, settings, schedules, and PMS mappings. The replaced device is deactivated and removed, and the new device must be compiled or synced in Zentra Mobile to apply the changes.
    • Device must first be added AND Commissioned before the flow is made available in the web app
Bug Fixes
  • Device setting names and descriptions have ben updated, ensuring consistency between web and mobile, and ensuring all acronyms have clear descriptions.
  • Fixed an issue where editing a vendor kept “Save & Continue” disabled even when all required fields were already filled in, forcing an unnecessary edit to proceed. The step now validates correctly right away.
  • Renamed “REX Admit”/“AUX Admit” to “REX Triggered”/“AUX Triggered” in History reports and widgets, since the old wording implied a lock was actually unlocked when that wasn’t always the case. The new label now shows consistently no matter how the Device is configured (REX, AUX, Read Only, or without Unlatch), and no event is logged at all if REX/AUX is turned off. Past history entries aren’t affected — only new events use the updated wording).

Features & Enhancements
Firmware Updates:
  • NDE – 2.22.01 -Support for Android & iOS wallet no tour
Bug Fixes
  • Administrators can now identify the user associated with a declined credential for accounts that came from an Engage site takeover or credential migration, consistent with how decline events already work elsewhere.
  • Improved the “Add User Group” selector on the user profile page. Selecting a group no longer jumps you back to the top of the list, making it much easier to select multiple groups in one pass. Selected groups are now shown alphabetized once saved.
  • Fixed an issue where area access assigned to a new user during account creation in the admin console wasn’t being saved, which could leave that user unable to see devices, other users, or Devices in their assigned area. Users created through the admin console now correctly retain their area access, and can see the devices and other users associated with that area.
