Sync Report
The Sync Report allows property staff and integrators to identify which devices on a property have or have not been successfully synced since a specified date and time. This report is useful in a variety of situations, including:
- Tracking sync progress after a lost master credential when syncing has been interrupted.
- Monitoring Wi-Fi devices to confirm they are checking in on schedule.
- Verifying that all devices have been synced following a migration from Engage to Zentra.

- Sync Type(Wi-Fi or BLE)

Only the first 50 results will be displayed when the report is run. To view all results, download the report as a PDF or CSV.
Quick Sync from My Access Tab:
Devices updated via a ‘Update Access’ flow from the My Access tab will appear in the Sync Report. However, those updates do not
retrieve audit data from the lock — meaning that activity will not appear on in history reports. To confirm a full sync was completed (including audit retrieval), navigate to the device and look for a Device Audits Updated: BLE
or Device Audits Updated: Wi-Fi
event in its history. Scheduling the Sync Report
The Sync Report CANNOT currently be configured as a Scheduled Report, allowing it to be delivered automatically by email on a recurring basis. This will be addressed and fixed in an upcoming release.
