MFA for Web Users

When MFA is required for a site, web users must complete a second verification step when logging in.
First-Time Enrollment
If MFA has not yet been set up on your account:
  1. Log into Zentra as normal.
  2. After entering your credentials, you will be taken to an MFA setup page. You cannot navigate to any other part of the site until MFA enrollment is complete.
  3. Follow the on-screen steps to enroll in an MFA method.
  4. Once enrolled, you are taken to the site dashboard.
After enrolling, you will need to complete MFA verification every time you log in.
Ongoing Login
After enrollment:
  1. Log in with your username and password (or biometrics, if configured as your login method).
  2. You will be prompted to verify with your enrolled MFA method.
  3. Once verified, you are taken to the site dashboard.
Multi-Site Users
  • If you have access to more than one site, and at least one of the sites have MFA enabled, you will be prompted to complete MFA verification for all future logins.
  • h2. Session Behavior
  • MFA verification is required once per login session.
  • If your session times out or you are logged out, you will need to complete MFA again on your next login.
