Viewing MFA Methods
To see the MFA methods currently registered for a user:
  1. Navigate to
    People
     and open the user’s profile page.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the profile page.
  3. The MFA methods currently enrolled for that user are listed.
Changing an MFA Method
If a user needs to change or reset their enrolled MFA method, contact support for assistance.
MFA can only be enabled at the site level by an administrator or integrator. Individual users cannot opt in or out of MFA, and there is no self-service option to change MFA methods from within the Zentra application.
Notes
  • A user’s enrolled MFA method applies to all sites that require MFA — users do not enroll separately for each site.
  • If a user is locked out because they cannot complete MFA, contact your property manager or support to have their MFA enrollment reset.
