Add to Apple Wallet

Before you begin
Make sure you have completed all steps in Getting Started
Steps
  1. Download and install the
    Zentra Mobile App
     from the App Store.
  2. Open the Zentra Mobile App and sign in with your Zentra username and password.
  3. If prompted, complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
  4. Tap
    My Access
     from the main menu.
  5. Tap
    Add to Apple Wallet
    .
  6. Review the prompt and tap
    Add
     to confirm.
  7. Your wallet-based credential will be added to Apple Wallet. You may be prompted to authenticate with Face ID, Touch ID, or your passcode.
If your Apple Watch is already paired to your iPhone, your wallet-based credential will automatically be added to your watch at the same time. No additional steps are needed.
Adding a new Apple Watch later
If you pair a new Apple Watch after your wallet-based credential has already been created, open the Zentra Mobile App, tap
My Access
, and tap
Add to Apple Wallet
. The credential will be sent to the new watch. You do not need to delete and recreate your wallet-based credential.
How many devices can I use?
  • Up to
    3 iPhones
  • Unlimited
     Apple Watches associated with those iPhones
If you are having trouble adding your wallet-based credential to Apple Wallet, contact your property manager.
