Add to Google Wallet

Before you begin
Make sure you have completed all steps in Getting Started (11.6.1) and confirm that NFC is enabled and Google Wallet is installed on your device.
Enabling NFC on Android
  1. Open your phone’s
    Settings
    .
  2. Go to
    Connected Devices
     or
    Connection Settings
     (exact label varies by phone).
  3. Tap
    NFC
     and toggle it on.
Steps
  1. Download and install the
    Zentra Mobile App
     from the Google Play Store.
  2. Open the Zentra Mobile App and sign in with your Zentra username and password.
  3. If prompted, complete Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA).
  4. Tap
    My Access
     from the main menu.
  5. Tap
    Add to Google Wallet
    .
  6. When prompted, tap
    Save to Google Wallet
     to confirm.
How many devices can I use?
  • 1 Android phone
     and
    1 Android watch
     per Google account
  • If you add your wallet-based credential to a second Android device using the same Google account, only the most recently added device will be active. This is managed by Google.
If you are having trouble adding your wallet-based credential to Google Wallet, contact your property manager.
