Lost or stolen device
Contact your property manager immediately so they can deactivate your wallet-based credential.
iPhone users:
You can also use the Find My
app to mark your device as lost, which will suspend your wallet-based credential in Apple Wallet. If the device is found, your property manager can reactivate the credential. When your access is updated
If your property manager updates your access permissions, you will need to refresh your wallet-based credential:
- Delete your current wallet-based credential from Apple Wallet or Google Wallet.
- Open the Zentra Mobile App and sign in.

re-adding it. Until you do this, your old access permissions remain in effect.
When your access is removed
If your property manager deactivates your credential, your wallet-based credential will be automatically deactivated on your device the next time your phone has an internet connection. After this, presenting your device to a reader will be denied.
Sharing your wallet-based credential
Sharing your wallet-based credential is not supported. If a guest or service provider needs access to the property, contact your property manager to arrange credentials for them.
