Deactivate Device

What Happens When a Device Is Deactivated
Deactivating a device does not disable credential access or suspend access rules. The device continues to operate using its onboard database. Deactivation severs the server connection only — the device cannot receive updates or sync until it is reactivated.

When an online device is deactivated it will lose connection from the server and will not be able to reconnect until it is reactivated.
