Importing Users

Summary
With the
Import Users
 feature, you can use a CSV file to batch upload users and their credentials into a site.

  1. Navigate to
    People
    .
  2. Click
    Import Users
    .
  3. If you have not already downloaded the
    User Import Template
    , click on
    Download User Import Template
    . A .csv file will be downloaded to your computer. Use this template to create a compatible file for User upload.
  4. Drag and drop your users .csv file into the upload Area.
  5. Click
    Save
    .
  6. Wait for the
    Import Users Report
     pop-up to display. Click
    Proceed with Import
    . The system will check the integrity of the imported data.
  7. The imported users will be displayed in the
    People
     Area.
The .csv file must match the template in order for users to be imported.
