Sign In to the Zentra Mobile App

  1. Open the Zentra Mobile App.
  2. Click the
    Sign In
     button.
  3. Enter the email/password combination you used to register on the web app.
    • You may be prompted for another way to sign in. Follow the prompts.
  4. If you are registered in more than one site, select the site you want to work with.
  5. The app will scan for nearby devices. They will be displayed.
In order to use the Zentra mobile app, the user’s phone must require a pin or biometric verification to be unlocked at the OS level. If this is not enabled, the User will be unable to log into the Zentra app.
User sessions will stay logged in automatically for 30 days. If multiple users are using the same phone, be sure to log out of the mobile application once activities are completed.
