Multiple Device Widget

To manage up to 12 readers at once, you can use a “
Multiple Device
” Widget. Unlike the
Single Device
 Widget, this will not show history events.
This Widget only applies to online devices.
  1. Navigate to
    Home > My First Dashboard
    , or the name of the Dashboard to which you want to add a Widget.
  2. Click 
    Customize
    and then choose 
    Create Widget
    .
  3. Enter a name for the Widget, and then choose
    Multi Device
     from the drop-down menu.
  4. The screen will change to show a grid of Devices. To add a Device to one of the boxes, click , and then choose the Device from the drop-down box.
  5. Continue adding other desired Devices to the grid.
    • If you want to delete a Device from the grid, click on the Device and then click .
    • If you want to edit which Device is in a box, click on it and then select the Device from the drop-down box.
  6. When you are done setting up the grid, click 
    Create
    .
Control Devices
You can also control any Device in the Widget by clicking one or more Device(s), choosing an action from the drop-down box in the lower right corner of the Widget, and then clicking 
Send
. Devices that are selected turn green. Clicking on them again deselects them, and they turn back to white. This is similar to using the Command button.
