Sync via Wi-Fi / Force Wireless Device Check-In

When a device check-in is desired outside of the normal check-in schedule, administrators have two ways to force a check-in via Wi-Fi:

1. Sign in to the Zentra Mobile App.
2. Connect to the wireless device, navigate to Wi-Fi settings. Make sure it is enabled and a valid network name and password have been entered.
3. Click the Sync with Wi-Fi button to tell the lock to wake up.

or by

1. Presenting a credential with the Force Check-In special property at the device.
   

*Force Check-In is a credential special property that can be enabled on any credential type available in Zentra. In order for this credential special property to work, the device must first be updated so that the credential property can be added the credential to its database. This can either be accomplished by waiting for the next scheduled check-in or using the Zentra mobile app to force one.
