Badges can be entered manually when no reader is available.

  1. Navigate to People > Everyone.
  2. Click on the user who needs a physical credential.
  3. Scroll down and click on Create badge.
  4. Select Manual Setup.
  5. Enter the badge information, and then click Create.
  6. The screen will ask for a reader to be selected. Click Skip to continue.
  7. The Credential programmed screen will be displayed. Click Finish.
