Click on Schedules and then click on Custom Rules.
Click Acknowledge on the Introduction to Custom Rules screen.
Hover over and then choose Create Custom Rule.
Enter the following into the Create Custom Rule screen:
Name: a descriptive name of the the rule
IF: choose the first condition to meet
AND: if you want to add more conditions, first click the ADD CONDITION button and then select further conditions
THEN: choose what should happen if the condition(s) are met.
Click Create.
