The ‘My Access’ tab is shown to web access users who have the ‘Mobile Credential – Modify’ permission (the Resident user role has this permission by default). This permission coupled with property access to one or more devices in the Zentra site will allow for a successful mobile credential activation, which will be the screen users are shown when viewing the ‘My Access’ tab for the first time. Following activation, the Zentra mobile app will use Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) to scan for devices in range that the user has property access at. Once a device meeting both of these criteria is identified, then that device will show in the ‘My Access’ tab for the user to send the BLE mobile credential to.
