Setting Description Contingencies Options (Default)
First Person In Guarantees that at least one person is present when the door is open. Works with AutoUnlock Schedules. On: lock will remain locked until a user presents a credential to open the door. The lock will then stay unlocked until the end of the AutoUnlock period.
(Off): lock will unlock at the set unlock time.
Door Sense (DPS: Door position sensor) Senses whether the door is open or closed. Physical DPS must be installed. On: monitor the door status
(Off): do not monitor the door status
Door Sense Input Type Set to match the normal state of the door. Door Sense must be On. Normally Open: Active Low
(Normally Closed): Active High
Latch Set to match whether a physical latch is present or not. Physical latch must be installed. (On): Latch is installed
Off: Latch is not installed
Latch Interval Number of seconds before the latch relocks after unlocking. Latch must be On. Number of seconds, 1-30

Tamper Sensitivity Level of sensitivity that triggers a tamper event. Low

Fail Modes Defines what the device should do when experiencing a power failure. Fail Safe should be used when free egress is necessary. Fail Secure should be used for high security applications. Automatically set to Fail Secure if ASM is enabled, and cannot be changed. (Fail Safe): device will move to unlocked state during power failure
Fail Secure: device will move to locked state during power failure
Proximity RF Toggle whether proximity credentials will be read or not. (On): Proximity credentials will be read
Off: Proximity credentials will not be read
ASM (Advanced Security Module) ASM must be paired and the TESTING Wizard must be completed to test the latch. Fail Mode will be set to Fail Secure. On: ASM is associated
(Off): ASM is not associated
REX (Request for Exit) Request to Exit output to strike/maglock. REX device must be physically present. On: REX output will be triggered
(Off): REX output will not be triggered
REX Input Type Set to match the normal state of the door. REX must be On. (Normally closed): door is normally closed
Normally open: door is normally open
AUX (Auxiliary Input) Toggle on to use AUX output. Used to trigger additional events when credential is read. AUX device must be physically present. On: AUX output will be triggered
(Off): AUX output will not be triggered
AUX Input Type Set to match the normal state of the door. AUX Must be On. (Normally closed): door is normally closed
Normally open: door is normally open
AUX (Event) Event that should occur when AUX is activated. AUX Must be On. Admit: Device will move to unlocked state when AUX is activated.
(Report Only): Device will only report that AUX was activated.
Beeper Toggle whether the beeper should sound or not (On): the lock beeper will sound.
Off: the lock beeper will not sound.
Beeper Sounds Indicate which event should cause the lock beeper to sound. Beeper must be On. Event: beeper will sound for all events besides tamper
Tamper Event: beeper will sound for tamper events

Keypad Toggle whether the device has a keypad or not. Physical device must have a keypad (RCK15 Model). (On): the physical device has a keypad
Off: the physical device does not have a keypad
Keypad Backlight Toggle whether the keypad backlight is on or off. Keypad must be On. (On): backlight is on
Off: backlight is off
Keypad Backlight Timeout Indicate how long the keypad backlight should remain lit after user input. Keypad must be On.
Keypad backlight must be On.

Lock On Close Toggle whether the door should lock when it is closed or not. Door Sense must be On. (On): lock will automatically move to locked state when closed
Off: lock will not automatically move to locked state when closed
Door Prop Enabled Toggle whether a door prop event should be generated when the door is propped open. Door Sense must be On.
Works with Door Prop Delay.
On: a door prop event will be generated when the door prop delay time is met
(Off): no door prop event will be generated
Door Prop Delay The amount of time before a door prop event is generated. Door Sense must be On.
Door Prop Enabled must be On.
