There are four methods of deactivating a user.

Navigate to People > Everyone.

Then choose one of the following:

From the Users > Profile information page:

  1. Select the name of the user you want to deactivate.
  2. The Profile information page will be displayed. Set the Active toggle to the off position.
  3. The Saved message will be displayed.

From the Everyone page:

  1. Select the checkbox next to the name of the user.
  2. Click Deactivate, in the upper right corner.
  3. User deactivated successfully will be displayed.

From the Everyone page, using Actions:

  1. Under the Actions column, select three dots for the user to view additional actions that can be taken.
  2. Click Deactivate User.
  3. User deactivated successfully will be displayed.

From the Edit User screen:

  1. Under the Actions column, select three dots for the user to view additional actions that can be taken.
  2. Click Edit User.
  3. Under Profile Information, set the Active toggle to the off position.
  4. The Saved message will be displayed.
