- First, Add a User.
- Select the User from the People > Everyone screen.
- Click
next to Zentra permissions to expand the section. Then click the Edit button.
- If the user did not already have an email address entered, you will not need to click the Edit button.
- Select a Permission profile from the dropdown list (or keep the default Resident permission profile).
- If the user did not already have an email address entered, enter the email address.
- See User permissions for permission profile definitions.
- Click Save.
- To customize the profile by selecting specific permissions, click Customize.
- Click to select any View or Modify permissions you wish to add. The selections will automatically be saved.
