1. First, Add a User.
  2. Select the User from the People > Everyone screen.
  3. Click next to Zentra permissions to expand the section. Then click the Edit button.
    • If the user did not already have an email address entered, you will not need to click the Edit button.
  4. Select a Permission profile from the dropdown list (or keep the default Resident permission profile).
  5. If the user did not already have an email address entered, enter the email address.
  6. Click Save.
  7. To customize the profile by selecting specific permissions, click Customize.
    • Click to select any View or Modify permissions you wish to add. The selections will automatically be saved.
