Cannot log in to Zentra site

If you’re unable to log into your site because either your password is not working or it has been forgotten, you will need to click on the Forgot Password link from the Zentra login page.

1. Enter the email address associated with your web access profile.
2. Click Continue.
   
3. An automated email will be sent. The email link will be valid for only 20 minutes.
   

!Authorization is handled by auth0 so our tech support team is not able to reset passwords manually. If you have followed the instructions above but have not received an email, please ensure that you have spelled your email address correctly and/or check your spam filter.
