Deactivate Device

Method 1

1. Navigate to the Devices screen
2. From the device you wish to deactivate, select the to view more actions
3. Select Deactivate Access Point

Method 2

1. Navigate to the Devices screen
2. From the device you wish to deactivate, select the to view more actions
3. Select Edit Access Point
4. Toggle the Active switch to the off position
5. Click Save

*Note that a deactivated access point is still in the system. If you would like to remove it from your site entirely, see how to delete an access point.
