Device

A Device is any lock, reader, controller, reader controller (supported device) that is supported by Zentra.

Lock: a device that secures a door (Control, NDE/LE, XE360)
Offline Lock: a lock that is operating in no-tour mode only
Online/Electronic Lock: a lock that can receive updates/communication via WiFi
Reader: reads in card data from a credential and passes it along to a connected database to make the decision to unlock the door. (MTB, R1)
Controller: A connected database that can make a decision to unlock a door. (CTE, IP Bridge)
Reader Controller: A card reader that has a connected database on board to make the access control decisions. (Schlage RC, Isonas RC-04, Isonas RC-03)
Enrollment Reader: a reader controller that is configured to program no tour physical credentials.
