What do the pre-defined permission profiles provide access to?
- Resident: Provides access to the mobile credential in the Zentra mobile app; cannot access the Zentra web app.
- Integrator: Provides access to view and modify all aspects of the site and has full access to all Areas.
- Administrator: Provides access to view and modify all aspects of the site, but is limited to a single site and may not have access to all Areas.
- Human Resources: Provides access to view site settings, dashboards, alerts, events, access points, rules, and reports; can modify users.
- Operator: Provides access to view users, events, dashboards, alerts, and reports.
- Custom: Individual permissions can be added or removed*. See bottom of this page for additional information.
You can view current user role permissions by navigating to a user’s profile then expanding Zentra permissions.
