Keypad Code

A keypad code is a set of numbers that can be used as a credential. The Default PIN Length is set in the Global Settings.

*When entering a keypad code, users must press * first, then enter their code, and press # to submit.

1. Navigate to People > Everyone.
   
2. Click on the user who needs a keypad code.
3. Scroll down and click on Create keypad code.
   
4. Choose the Pin Length.
5. Either enter the PIN into the box, or click the Generate pin button.
6. Click Create.
   
7. Click Finish.
