Device Sync

  1. Sign in to the Zentra mobile app.
  2. Select the site that has the device you want to update.
  3. Stand close to the device you want to update.
  4. Look for the device in the IN RANGE list.
  5. Tap on the device to initiate pairing. Wait for the Paired icon to appear.
  6. Tap the Sync button. Wait for the device to sync.
